Here's what to expect:

  1. A calendar with Catalyst Coordinator Onboarding webinar meeting schedules is published for each fund. Notification of it usually arrives along with your onboarding form. Webinars are scheduled in UTC timezone format. In case no webinars are scheduled, or you don't receive an email within a week of voting results being announced feel free to get in touch with Project Catalyst Team by email to troubleshoot. *You'll find email addresses .

  2. During the PoL meeting, there will be an introduction. Then each funded project lead (the primary proposer) or team will be directed to a breakout room with the Challenge Team representative responsible for the Challenge in which your proposal was funded. The lead from your team must then provide the following information to confirm your Proof of Life with your camera ON so it can be recorded. (The Primary proposer is whoever was listed as that in Ideascale): • Your full name (spelled out as necessary). Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the FP onboarding form, this has to be either the proposer or co-proposer as listed in Ideascale. One person is sufficient. • Your project name & project ID# e.g. 900001 (not ideascale ID#). You'll find your project ID# in under the tab for the specific fund your proposal was in. • Your primary place of business (which city/country) This could be where the project is incorporated or its primary activities are based. It does not even have to be one location. • Your intended completion date When will your project delivery finish based on the proposal you created. • All Proof of life meetings are recorded.

A video guide sample about how to do PoL can be found .

What else you need to know about PoL

If you have already confirmed a PoL in previous funds you don’t need to do it again — you are automatically confirmed!

If you are funded for multiple projects in a fund you only need to confirm PoL with one of the Challenge Teams assigned to you, but you MUST inform the other Challenge Teams where your other projects were funded that you have confirmed PoL elsewhere.

If you cannot attend any of the Proof of Life group sessions it’s your responsibility to contact your Challenge Team (CT) directly, and arrange a 1 to 1 meeting.

Challenge Teams set up 'office hours' slots where you can also do PoL, if necessary.
