Cardano Smartubs are place-based innovation centres which support the adoption and development of the Cardano ecosystem, the protocol and supports organisations to submit proposals to Project Catalyst for funding.

Funding comes from Cardano's treasury system which collects funding via three sources: minting new ADA, fees from staking rewards, and donations. A percentage of the treasury is dedicated to Cardano's community innovation engine – Project Catalyst.

For more information about getting involved in the community for the first time go to: https://projectcatalyst.io or reach out to one of the hubs below.

If you feel something is missing from this, Version 0.1 of the playbook, or you have edits or suggestions, please reach out to the Cardano Smart hubs team via email at: cardanosmarthubs@gmail.com
